We've all heard people say, "Why them?
Why not me? When will it me My Time?"
There are several things going on with that statement. Let's take a look at them.
First is the Blame thing. Think about it though. Part of the comment is a thinly veiled attitude that, well - they got it so I can't.
NOT TRUE!
There is enough (of everything) for us all! Another person succeeding
does not hold us back. On the contrary. It should motivate us to believe it
CAN be done. And therefore that we then can do it. In the words of John
F. Kennedy, "A rising tide raises all ships."
Secondly, the questions are fraught with jealousy. We all are familiar
with this damaging emotion. It seems to be natural, as we all suffer from
tinges of it. But one thing that all who have more than a passing
acquaintance with jealousy will tell you - it can and will destroy the life
of any that allow it to affect how their life is lived. Feeling a little
jealous will not hurt you. Allowing it to in any way control your actions
will. Note others success, learn from it, and move on.
Third is something I often hear when counseling business owners. It is
based on the assumption the past failure dictates future failure. This is
second only to financial un-preparedness in sinking small businesses. Why?
It causes people to give up!
But isn't it the truth? NOT AT ALL! The fact of the matter is so simple
that few stumble onto it without guidance. All of our time working towards
our future is like the stretching done before an athletic event. It is
warming up! It is the Preparation for Winning. And if it involved
failures - all the better!
In one of his TV seminars Les Brown made this powerful statement, "In the
good times you put it in your pocket, in the bad times you put it in your
heart." Life is a grinding stone. But we live the choice - it either
wears us down or polishes us up.
Fourth: I personally believe that "it's your time" when YOUR preparedness
meets with opportunity within God's plan.
So: When is it your time to WIN? When is it your time for Money?
When is it your time for Business Success? When is it your time for
Personal Success? When is it your time for Happiness?
When you WORK like it is all up to you, PRAY like it is all up to God -
and BELIEVE!

JetBlue
JetBlue founder and CEO, David Neelman has a simple long term success
formula: Give the customer more than they expect, and do it at an affordable
price.
Morris Air was so successful, that rival Southwest Airlines bought them just
to keep market share. Southwest even made Neelman sign a 5 year agreement that he would not begin another airline to compete against Southwest.
After the agreement term was over, JetBlue was started and within 6 months
was turning a profit. It now serves 18 cities and is one of the airline industries most profitable companies.
In a nutshell here are Neelman's secrets to building a successful business:
1. Have enough money at the start to back your plan.
2. Ignore the people who say it can't be done.
3. Offer the best quality possible.
4. Be as efficient as possible.
5. Be the first to offer consumers something that no one else carries.

Here's Where People Go
The top destinations for Web surfers are:
- AOL Time Warner
- Yahoo
- Microsoft Network
- Amazon.com
- Ebay
- CNet Networks
In case you didn't know, Yahoo gets most of it's revenues from posting paid
advertising on it's pages. To drum up extra revenues from the slumping ad market, Yahoo recently agreed to buy HotJobs.com Ltd. for $436 million.
Yahoo also began implementing a listing fee for it's auctions. Yahoo now
carries about 250,000 product listing a day. In comparison, Ebay carries
around 6 million listing a day.
