Get Better!

Many years ago I had the pleasure of meeting, in my opinion, one of the
very best success trainers in the world—a man by the name of Brian
Tracy—in a seminar he was conducting here in Seattle.

During that event, Mr. Tracy collectively asked his audience of several
thousand somewhat successful attendees, this philosophically profound
question: "Why is it that some people are more successful than others?"

And then—as expected—Mr. Tracy proceeded to explain the reasons people
succeed, and don't succeed, in detail. Then he provided the answer, as
to how any of us could aspire to the top 5% of all income earners in our
chosen industry—in five years time—without a lot of effort on our
part...

All we need to do, according to Mr. Tracy, is to 1) read 10 pages of
good book, 2) listen to 30 minutes of a great audiotape, and 3) take at
least one class per quarter—in the business-related field we desire to
achieve success. Then simply apply what we learn, and over the next five
years we will find ourselves in the top 5% of the income earners in our
chosen field.

Well, many years ago I took that advice, and I am here to report that
Brian Tracy was right! And now it's your turn to achieve that same level
of success...

So if you're ready to become a great leader, and build a world-class
organization, here are the exact steps you too need to take:

• Read 10 pages of a good book everyday.

• Take a class at least four times every year.

You see, leaders—and all those who want to become leaders—simply select
one area of their business to improve monthly, and then go to work on
getting better! Because in our business, serious students of success are
focused on mastering the fundamentals...

• Prospecting
Do you have two new people to talk to every day?

• Presentation
Are you enrolling your fair share?

• Duplication
Are all those you're sponsoring doing the business?

Therefore, every month leaders simply choose one area listed above, and
then using the Brian Tracy formula for success, they go to work on
getting better in that area!

In addition to the above mentioned "Get Better!" strategy, here are a
few additional resources you should consider:

• Listen to The Leadership Call every month.

• Subscribe to and read Nexera e-News™ every week.

• Get your hands on anything offered by Randy Gage.

• Acquire, and then listen to Paraliminal Tapes daily.

Leaders invest in themselves, and in their own personal growth and
development. Remember, leaders select a book, listen to an audiotape, or
take a class so that the knowledge, insights, and wisdom they gain can
transport them from where ever they currently are, to that future
destination they ultimately desire to go... That's why we are willingly
follow them. That's why they are leaders!

Therefore, if you're ready to become a great leader, take this advice:
select one area of your business, or your life, that you would like to
improve, and using one or more of the resources listed above, go to work
on getting better!
