What is the number one challenge faced by Internet Marketers?
Lack of traffic, and we both know that No Traffic = No Sales.
Further, you can't test and tweak your offers without traffic.

So without further rambling, I bring you 5 of the best, tested
and proven, traffic generation strategies.

The absolute fastest way to get free traffic to your website
that you can turn on and off at your whim is to turn to Pay-Per-
Click search engines. Basically you bid on tightly targetted
keywords and watch your budget. You pay per visitor, so make
sure you have an optin form on your website. And keep tweaking
your ads. Best strategy is to always run 2 to 3 versions with
small changes and drop the losing ads.

To get a really quick burst of targetted traffic, find a joint
venture partner that has a similar target market as your own and
offer them a huge affiliate commission (60%-95%). Again be sure
to have an optin form on your website and remember while every
sale loses you a lot of profits because of the lopsided
commission, you are building a list of paying customers that
you can sell many future offers to.

Would you rather have 10,000 freebie seekers or 100 targetted
persons that you know have made a purchase before? Think about
it.

The old faithful is to either write a few articles, hire a
ghost writer from elance.com and give 'em a template for your
articles, or you can record your article as a .mp3 file and have
it transcribed at idictate.com. Or do what I am doing right
now - go to google.com and type in "KEYWORD tips", (gardening tips),
do a little reading and research and create your own article for
free! Be sure to include a sentence stating that your article
may be reprinted. And don't copy word for word either!

Just as good or better that writing articles is to create a
viral report/ebook and let others rebrand it. Just toss together
a dozen articles or interviews, and toss in a few affiliate
links or product links and allow others to rebrand it and pass
it on - you can even sell the rebrand option for a small fee.
Make sure you get their email before giving them the report,
and also include a special offer on the first page or as a
footer link on all pages - so that when people get it from
others you can still keep getting optins from your special offer
within the report - be sure to tell them they can rebrand it
and pass it on too.

Traffic exchanges are a good way to build a list fast, just
make certain that you create a short and compelling offer and
insist on an optin - better known as a name squeeze page. This
page does nothing but entice the viewer to fork over their name
and email in exchange for access to your site or a free download
- you can give them a branded download or re-direct them to an
affiliate site afterwards, AND have an autoresponder setup to
contact them once a week for 52 weeks(one year or more) - be
sure to offer good free valuable content (and premium content
as well) and always offer an unsubscribe option. With a little
effort you can get a few hundred subscribers downloading you
viral product from number four and passing it on for you.
